Well here it is.
Another new month.
The start of the fifth one already.
Where does the time go?
At least this one signifies a guarantee of warmer temps.
Most years anyway.
Even if it rains.
Could be worse, could be snow.
Although we never rule that out here as there've been years with snow
during the summer months of June, July and August.
So far in my seventeen years here, the latest was 11 April 2008,
and the earliest 15 Sept 06, that I recall anyway.
I've decided to run a theme for my May posts.
Hopefully doing one per day, and keeping to it.
It might even run longer as I've never counted them all.
The posts will all include my suns.
I have quiet the collection actually.
Indoors and out.
I've picked up some.
Some were gifts from friends,
and many from my parents,
they have collected several of them for me.
In hopes of warding away the cold and grey maybe.
To remind me of warmer days past or to come.
So since I didn't go out and take a special pic today,
I am forced to pull one off my mobile cam, or the digital folder.
As I wrote about the changes from cold to warm,
and to contrast them in one photo, I give you my kitchen window.
Taken during an Ice Storm on 23 March 09.
The sun is top center.

This next one signifies May, to me anyway.
The seasonal garden centers that spring up all around town.
Kinda cool that I noticed this one setting up on my way into the grocery today.
Always a favourite of mine to check out is this one in particular.
They stock some of the coolest flowers, annual and perennial, as well as veggies others don't, and are relatively the cheapest too, but good, guaranteed, quality.
I don't think I've ever bought anything from them that didn't prosper.
I have a few other favourites, and maybe I'll even try to post them as well.
Happy May Everyone!
