New Fiber, But Not For Us

I reckon if it's going through my block, and digging up my lawn (as marked), that as a taxpayer and internet user, they should hook me up!

I rang up the City yesterday to find out what all the markings were about (I wanted to mow my lawn).

This morning, Pat from the City Engineers Office called and said it's not for us.
