Exercise
I am going to make a conscious effort to exercise daily and to really work at losing weight and becoming more fit. This is not a resolution per se, but more of a marker. I really started last year with walking to work, and when I started doing the extra walking in July with George. I am just going to start to keep track of it here so that I can tell when I slack, and what I do daily, as well as keep a record for myself to keep me on task.
Each day I'm going to end with an "Exercise" section to my posts to do this. If I do nothing, I am going to reflect that. But to be fair, if I spend some time doing something that's not really 'exercise' per se, such as 1-2-3 hrs of snowblowing, shoveling off the deck, or anything more physical than nothing, than I am going to record it here. Basically, if it takes time, or makes me sore (lol - yes, even sex) it's going in here.
