to sorting things out
- about school
- work wise
- hopefully ultimately leading to moving
- and about people
Time will tell, but I've done heaps this week to put things in motion.
Go me!
Some things were quite frustrating to deal with.
Some over and over.
School especially, mainly the people.
Heck some people outside of school as well.
It's mindboggling sometimes too - how it takes so much work, sometimes so much explaining,
to get the most simple idea across or questions answered.
And with adults, seemingly knowledgeable adults.
Misconstruing meaning, not comprehending, or missing the point/question totally because they are focused on their own meaning, themselves, or what 'they' are trying to convey, when it's moved beyond that, or has nothing to do with what is being sorted.
For example: say the discussion is about apples, yet they have a taste for oranges, so it's either not hitting the spot, or they don't know about apples, as they always stick to oranges. Apples are new to them. They are totally in orange mode only, always.
Make sense?
Good.
Banana?
Anyway, I am drained from all the explaining, talk, emails, text, IM's, problems, complaints, and more. AND snow/snowblowing. My arms are killing me. Then again, maybe I should whip that old snowblower around for 1-3 hrs daily and I might end up with them becoming way toned. Ha!
I am greatful though for the surprises this week too - especially all the hugs, in person or virtual, especially from those I rarely get to see and love heaps. I've missed you. I am grateful for the kind words spoken to me or about me for a change, and the ideas and help shared.
Oh yeah, the rest of my grades came today too, I had been waiting on one.
It was a hard semester, the hardest of all my years in school.
Too bad I'm not graduating as planned - that would have capped it.
