Amante de Sol

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."........................................................... ~Hunter S. City of Duluth's Road Repair Idiocy 2010 & Sunset

In 2009, I wrote about the useless attempt made by City of Duluth on my street every year. That year at least they patched in August, but in 2008, they patched late in the year, just before the snow flew. Well, this year they did it again. Today they patched my street and the weatherman is predicting snow. I can hardly wait to see how much bitumen is scraped up into the boulevard and onto the sidewalk. This time, they didn't even bother to first sweep the street of leaves and other debris. Nice.
Anyway, time for something much nicer to look at:
Tonight's Sunset at the Cemetery.
And the crescent moon over my street.
...back to homework.
