New Sump Pump - Now In Compliance

The guys from Tim's Tree and Plumbing came today and put in a new sump pump so as to keep me in compliance with the City and WLSSD. There is still some electrical to be sorted as I have an old breaker box and the electrician was going to try to order a breaker, and if not, I'll need an additional box to wire the pump's electrical into. All is to be paid for from a grant from the City, but my luck, I'll have to shell out for the separate box...just wait. Anyway, here are the pics of the new gadget. It looks pretty good and out of the way, but I am not sure I like the way the drain pipe follows under my gutter spout and actually sticks out a bit far ( I have to remove the spout when I mow, and this new pipe is all one piece connected to the bit that comes out of the house), so there may need to be an adjustment made for that.
