Warm temps and heaps of sunshine!
Up early to sort some stuff in the house and outside, then time for game one Netherlands vs Brazil (2-1) what an upset! Makes me wonder if we'll see Netherlands play Germany for the final.
A friend messaged that he would come for the second game Uruguay vs Ghana (1(4)-1(2)) and bring Guacamole! Ole! He did, and the game was great! (even if he wrote off Uruguay after the first half - naysayers!) We're both excited to see tomorrow's games and how this all pans out as the finals progress. All in all it was a very fun afternoon - great game & great company!

This lovely was on my side door screen this evening. Not sure what it is, and I did have an after-thought that I should have held something next to it for scale of size (but then again didn't want it to fly off or attack me), but trust me, it was BIG!. The body was approximately 3-4 inches long and then the leg span...well, you can see how long they are - so BIG. I wonder what it eats?*shrugs*
