Amante de Sol

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."........................................................... ~Hunter S. Volleyball Night!

Finally, after two weeks of no play I was able to go to my open gym night.
Last week was cancelled, and I've not played at the Y on Weds in months.
(too much money for what it was)
Thursdays are hit and miss, mostly miss as no one can seem to coordinate enough to show up, despite the one guy collecting emails to 'keep in touch'. Lame.

Hopefully this year I'll play some summer sand ball.
I've missed it.
Dunno how my knees will hold up - but the sand is more forgiving than the hard court.
My body parts (knees and shoulder) have been holding up pretty well these past few months.

I can only hope that they'll keep on, especially as I drop more weight and work out more.
