Pollo y Frijoles NegrosGrilled Chicken (chook) and black beans.
I bought a cheese self-rising crust pizza (Jack's Naturally Rising) then sprinked on liberally: cayenne/mexican chili powder/cumin spices, afterwards covering it with black beans all over; then broke up bits of grilled chicken on top of that, and placed about some sundried tomato bits, adding carefully in a dusting motion some extra 'mexicn' cheeses, topping with thin sliced onion, next some thin sliced jalapenos n black olives alternately placed, plus fresh chopped cilantro.
It's so colourful it screams Fiesta!
Needess to say, it was YUM!
