I used to be

very conscientious of posting on the first of the month.
but it seems i've really slacked on that of late.
today(1-7-09) i had an excuse as i came home from work feelin crap
(headache-y, and a bit nauseous - mighta been the indian buffet lunch?)
and just went to bed.
my mind distracted
yet sleep came easily
and i didn't fight it
i slept from 530-9 straight
i musta needed it eh
after i had a long chat with a mate
and before i knew it it was 2-Julio-09
meh - shit happens
