August Sunrise

I woke up just after 5am (who knows why - maybe for this very reason it was supposed to be?), and called to leave Ardis a Birthday message, then as I was lying here to go back to sleep, the red colour coming through the crack in the shade caught my eye.
The other night at the ball game, it was:
"Red Sky at Night; Sailor's Delight"
This morning, as warned on the news last night, it's:
"Red Sky at Morning; Sailors Take Warning."
Storms are predicted.
I looked up the sunrise time and Google said 5:48am.
I could stay awake a little longer.
Then I remembered the web cams, and as always, the best views were from the LSMMA cam, so I screen capped it to share this spectacular view.
As I took them I wondered if you were up (probably) and if the red colour was like that down there on your lake too?
If you were up, and looked out, I hope it was as lovely as this - and would like to think that during this time - we shared the first sunrise of our month!
