Amante de Sol

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."........................................................... ~Hunter S. Just Another Sunday

A relaxing one at that.
Slept in.
Made bacon and dippy eggs with toast. MMMmm
Watched Movies:
diary of a nymphomanic
easyA
get low
All good.

Went for a walk to the video store to return them, and for my regular Sunday can walk.
Lots of odd garbage along the way, some revealed by the melt, some newly discarded.
People are pigs.
I missed a shot of a pair of new-looking boxers on one sidewalk, and when I went back to capture them for my spontaneous combustion collection, they were gone. I'm guessing they were recently dropped by someone who had just visited the laundromat vs someone who burned up LOL

Anyway, without further adeiu...some of today's oddities:

A broken up traffic cone - I can only guess this belongs to the City of Duluth.
Come pick up your crap. This looks to be a chewed up face mask - perhaps the person was attacked by the Killer Rabbit! As there are really getting to be heaps of rabbits in this area now, when there used to be none just years ago.
Regardless, this is all that remains.
One of the many mittens and gloves.
I'd run out of SD space if I took pics of them all.
Toothbrush anyone?
The big bag of cans I collected.
More than last week even!
How can people be so careless in only a week.
Perhaps they all blew down the hill last week in the huge winds.
One other thing I've noticed - most of the cans,
I'd say 95%,
are always found on the upper side of the street.
Lastly, here's an updated pic of my Rabbit Attacked Flowering Plum since the melt.
I hope those branches end up surviving their damage.
It's always weird when the snow melts to think it was ever that deep. Sometimes it seems like it never could've been so deep.

Another gorgeous day - even though the high was only about 26F - lots of sun! It can only keep getting better and better.

Cheers!
