One of my favourite ways to pass time is to read blogs.
Blogs of all kinds; Personal blogs, technical blogs, music blogs, friend's blogs, stranger's blogs, local blogs, international blogs, spanish art and literature blogs, chocolate blogs, gardening blogs, motorcycling blogs, art blogs, food blogs, photography blogs, secret blogs, quirky blogs, travel blogs, and more.
Do you blog?
Do you have more than one?
Do you follow others or do you just do your own and that's pretty much it?
How did you find this blog?
I often click the link at the top of my blog page "Next Blog" and have found many awesome blogs that way.
Is your blog, or are blogs you like to read/follow themed or random?
Do you read them regularly or just when really bored and there's nothing else to do?
Tonight I'd employed the "Next Blog" button.
Here I ran into another person's blog which had a badge for the NaBloPoMo site. A site for bloggers and those who strive to post every day in a month.
Interesting concept.
This gave me the idea to write this blog about blogs and blogging.
Sometimes my biggest feat was to post on every 1st of the month, and there have been times I've nearly posted every day, but not on purpose, well except last May I think it was when I tried to post the "Sun of the Day" one for each day of the month, as I collect suns and have many. I know I missed a day or two, or more, but nearly succeeded in posting daily and posting a pic of one of my suns as well.
I think blogging of any kind can be educational, theraputic and a good way to practice writing or getting thoughts out there, some to learn from, some to cleanse our brains of issues.
People should write more.
It's good for you.
People should read more.
It's good for you too.
Google a blog, (open Google, type in 'blog' and press Enter.) or visit Google's Blog,
or search out a blog on a specific topic you like by searching for say, "astronomy blogs" or whatever floats your boat, then choose from the results and read to your heart's content.
Comment too! Bloggers love feedback!
You may learn something new, or become inspired, or touched or actually want to create your own blog and go from there.
