After some running around, I spent some time on the deck.
People from work called for me to meet them for beers.
I had to say no.
It was just too nice to be inside.
Later I perved this bird for a bit.
It was having such a great time in the bath.
I couldn't resist.
I also need to learn to use stop-action photography or multiple frames to really capture the action. This was basically shoot, wait (until the camera's ready), shoot, wait, shoot, etc. If you check out each photo, you can clearly see the water's rippling and the various directional movements of the bird. Perhaps instead of mucking about with multiple shots, I'll make a video!!! As Tommy Flannigan would say, "Yeah! That's the ticket!"
That hawk was hangin around too, from it's fave new post in the alley,
so I grabbed a few pics of it as well.
When I'm home I kind of feel like a guard to the chickadees,
so they can feed and bathe without being eaten.
Yeah, I know it's just the food chain, but still...
