Amante de Sol

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."........................................................... ~Hunter S. 31.7.09

End of July

25.7.09 - Place Holder - More to come...watch this space.

24.7.09 - Command Tower!

So I stopped at Menards for a few items and on my way out noticed it.
My eyes widened and I dug out my camera.
How cool would this be!
I'd love one of these in the backyard - wanna play sniper?
Lookout Squirrels, Rabbits & Chipmonks!
(as well as nuisance neighbour dogs and cats!)
Or perhaps mounted to the roof of my house, giving me a lake view and primo sunbaking spot.
(Talk about your neighbourhood watch!)

Or maybe for Blues Fest!
I'd feel like a Life Guard.
(Bullhorn voice)
"Ok sir, that's enough beer and sun for you.
Put your shirt back on.
No one wants to see a budda lobster with man-boobs."

20.7.09 - Downtown Nautical Themed Bike Racks.

Our town is not a very bike-friendly town.
No Bike Lanes
Very Few Bike Racks
Until Now.
These three are all located within a couple of blocks of each other.
Duluth could use many more.
And spread out a bit more as well.
I do like the creativity these exhibit.
